摘 要: | 小麦型日粮中的抗营养因子是可溶性非淀粉多糖(SNSP),主要成分为阿拉伯木聚糖和β-葡聚糖,两者分别占小麦(CM)的1.8%和0.4%,这里主要研究其中的阿拉伯木聚糖。关于制粒酶活损失的争议很多,导致意见分歧的原因也是很多的。
