摘    要:换挡控制技术是AMT系统控制的关键技术之一。为了实现拖拉机AMT换挡过程的自动控制,对拖拉机AMT工作原理进行分析,根据拖拉机特殊的田间作业工况,求解出拖拉机AMT最佳换挡规律,制定了换挡过程控制策略,建立AMT系统及控制策略仿真模型,对拖拉机AMT的换挡过程进行仿真分析。结果表明,所制定的控制策略能够使拖拉机的换挡过程得到满意的控制效果。

Abstract:Shifting control technology is one of the key technologies for AMT control system. In order to realize the automatic control of shifting process for tractor AMT, the working principle for tractor AMT is analyzed. The optimal shifting rule for tractor AMT is worked out according to the special field working condition. The control strategy of shifting process is designed. The simulation models of AMT system and control strategy are established and simulation analysis is done for the shifting process of tractor AMT. It turns out that with using the control strategy, the effect of the shifting process is satisfactory.
