| 摘 要： | 通过3种方法对刺五加种子进行处理来研究刺五加种子发芽情况,结果表明,9月份采种后立即用0.1%的DDV或乐果拌种,脱粒后亦用同样浓度DDV或乐果拌种混沙并置于25℃室内条件下,待当年11月末置室外雪藏,次年3月中旬再置于室内30℃条件下,到5月份播种,此处理室内成活率61%,室外成活率56%,极大地提高了刺五加种子的发芽率,缩短了刺五加种子的处理时间。

| Abstract: | Through 3 ways for seed treatment for Radix acanthopanacis,germination rate of seed of Radix acanthopanacis were studied.Result shows that：after seed collecting in September by using 0.1% DDV or seed dressing by dimethoate immediately,after threshing using same concentration of DDV or seed dressing by dimethoate sand mixing under 25℃ indoor,snow store at the end of November in the same year outdoors,put it in 30℃ indoor the middle in ten days of the March next year,seed-sowing in May;indoor survival rate being 61% outdoor survival rate being 56% by this treatment;germination rate of seed of Radix acanthopanacis are greatly increased;treatment time of seed of Radix acanthopanacis are shortened. |
