摘 要: | 针对微型车车架在路试过程中纵梁撕裂的问题,从结构受力特点出发并结合相关的有限元分析结果认为:结构受力不合理及局部的细节设计上的缺陷导致了纵梁的开裂。根据实际工艺要求,提出了改进措施,实践证明措施是有效的。

Abstract: | The cause of cracking failure for frame side rail of mini-car has been analyzed,base on character of structure force and result of FEM analysis.It shows that unreasonable structure force and defect of structure in details are the main reasons.The ideas of modification on the structure are put forward,which are successful by operation practice. |
