家蚕杂种一代数量性状预测模型的探讨——Ⅰ.模型的提出与验证

摘    要:在前人利用遗传距离预测杂种优势的基础上,进一步对杂种F_1性状的构成因素进行了剖析,指出F_1的性状表现决定于双亲平均值和双亲遗传差异的共同作用。用多元统计分析中的主成分分析法,分析若干具有相关关系的性状,找出控制这些性状的公共因子(主成分),把主成分的差异作为度量遗传差异的指标,从而提出用F_1的性状值对中亲值、双亲主成分差的多元回归,作为F_1的预测模型。通过几种方法对F_1的预测效果的对比,初步对本模型进行了验证。

Abstract:The components of F1 measure were dissected on the base of prediction for heterosis with genetic distance of its parents.lt was pointed out that the F1 measure was defined by both midparent valus and genetic divergence between the two parents. It was tried to find out the common dominating factors (the principal compnoents) from some related traits which were analysed by means of the principal component analysis.The principal component divergenee can be used as an index of the genetic-divergence-measuring.Therefore, the F1 measure can be predicted by its multivariable regression on the mid-parent value and the principal component divergence of the two parents. The model was primarilly verified in comparison with other three models.
