摘    要:对9个不同品种冷季型草坪草进行了愈伤组织诱导及植株再生实验,结果表明:选用CC或NB培养基都能使其愈伤组织出愈率与植株再生率得以提高;2,4-D诱导浓度(2 mg/L)均高于水稻等其它禾本科植物;在分化过程中,6-BA的浓度以2 mg/L为最佳.

Abstract:Nine different varieties of cold-season turfgrass were used to induce callus and thus to establish their regeneration system. The results are that the calli induction rate and regeneration rate are greatly improved by using CC or NB media; that the best indctive concentrations of 2,4-D are all higher than those of other Poaceae plants such as Oryza Sativa (2 mg/L); and that the best differentiation concentration of 6-BA is 2 mg/L. The establishment of this regeneration system for cold-season turfgrass provides an efficient way for its plant regeneration.
