| 摘 要： | 把旅游业发展成为库区的支柱产业是三峡库区经济社会发展的当然选择和现实选择。本文从库区旅游业的外延式发展和内涵式发展两个方面,讨论了旅游经济对区域经济社会的影响机理,论述了在旅游经济要素的扩张与分解中,库区农业发展、社会文化发展和生态建设的旅游利用问题;讨论了旅游产业集聚发展对库区经济社会相关行业部门的链接与整合模式;同时指出库区各区县应当强化旅游经济对区域经济社会影响的时间分异观念,在旅游发展过程中,积极主动地寻求、比较、选择新的发展机会与发展优势,把旅游业做大做强,以旅游为切入点而在适当时机发展新的产业。
