开放经济下我国农业安全度测算与对策研究

本文选取开放经济下影响农业安全的四大因素,即农业国际竞争力指数、农业出口对外依存度、农业资本对外依存度和农业外资股权控制率来构建评价指标体系;采用1995-2009年的数据,运用因子分析法,对中国农业安全度进行了测算。得出结论:随着我国市场开放度的进一步扩大,利用外资和对外贸易的不断增长,农业面临的竞争压力进一步加大,我国的农业安全问题已经和必将变得十分突出。提出了必须切实加大对农业的扶持和科技投入力度,推行农业产业化经营,发展优势农业;加强立法、提高引资水平,提升我国农产品的国际竞争力的对策。

An Inquiry into Estimation of Degree of China's Agricultural Security and Countermeasures Under Open Economy
