| 摘 要： | 现代图书馆的开架服务给读者带来的便利有目共睹,但同时有些问题也摆在我们面前,就是我们图书馆的工作人员在对读者提供服务的过程中缺乏主动性的问题。从体制等方面分析了产生这种状况的原因,并提出相应的解决办法。
