摘    要:采用石蜡制片,番红-固绿双重染色,在pH 4.0和6.0条件下研究了NH+4-N和NO3--N对玉米幼苗根系解剖结构的影响.结果表明:低pH和铵态氮都能促进玉米主胚根导管的发育;在低pH条件下,以NH+4-N为唯一氮源时,导管成熟早,数目多,半径大.

Abstract:Paraffin sections were used to study the effect of different pH levels(pH=4.0 pH=6.0) and N sources(NH4+-N,NO3—N) on structure of maize root at seedling stage.The results indicated that both of low pH and NH4+-N accelerated the vessel development in maize root.At the low pH level the development of vessels was earlier,with many more in number and larger radius when NH4+-N being as sole N sources.
