| 摘 要： | 针对当前企业人力资源管理业务流程复杂度高、灵活性强的现状,设计并实现了基于WEB的企业人力资源管理系统。系统采用基于J2EE技术的SSH框架来完成用户界面表示、应用业务逻辑和数据访问逻辑的分离,实现了人力资源管理系统的机构与职位规划,人力资源的吸纳、管理与发展,人力资源的价值分配和综合管理等四大管理体系。

| Abstract: | According to the current situation of human resource management in enterprises with highly complex and flexible procedures, the WEB-based human resource management system was designed and accomplished. Using J2EE-based SSH framework to build user interface and makethe separation of business logic and data access logic, this system implemented four functions includinginstitutions and workforce planning; attraction, management and development of human recourse; valuedistribution and comprehensive management of human resource. |
