The particle tries to introduce the effect of the institution editorial department on the fluidity of the institution through the promoting the title of a professional post,promoting the staff devoting to the research, strengthening cultural atmosphere for institution, un- derstanding scientific research development of other companions through circulation of periodicals, enriching the construction of the institution. |
