“乌叶”和“兰竹”荔枝果实采后果皮活性氧代谢的差异性

摘    要:比较"乌叶"和"兰竹"荔枝果实在(8±1)℃贮藏条件下果皮活性氧代谢的差异。结果表明:"乌叶"和"兰竹"荔枝果实果皮活性氧代谢强度不同,贮藏期间,"乌叶"的活性氧清除酶超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性和内源抗氧化物质还原型抗坏血酸(As A)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量都显著高于"兰竹",褐变指数、超氧自由基(O2·-)产生速率、膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于"兰竹"。据此认为,与"兰竹"荔枝果实相比,"乌叶"荔枝果实具有较长的贮藏期,可能与"乌叶"荔枝果实有较强的活性氧清除能力,能减少O2·-积累,减轻膜脂过氧化作用,较好地保持荔枝果皮细胞膜结构的完整性和减缓果实衰老有关。
