摘    要:采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术对11份莲雾资源叶片的过氧化物酶、酯酶和淀粉酶同工酶进行了分析。结果表明:3种同工酶可区分供试的不同品种和品系,但同一名称不同来源的试材除青莲雾外未表现出酶带多少的变化。聚类分析显示,红色果皮的各类资源间的亲缘关系较近,其次是红色果皮的资源和白皮莲雾,而绿色果皮的资源与红色果皮和白色果皮的资源亲缘关系则较远。

Abstract:Isozymes, peroxidase, amylum, esterase in leaves of 11 wax apple [Syzygium samarangense(Bl.) Merr.et Perry] accessions of germplasm were studied by polyacrylamide gel electxophoresis. The results showed that all the cultivars for experiment were distinguished by the phenotypes of three isozymes. Except two germplasms named "green", all germplass with the same name showed uniform amount of bands in all the isozyme loci. Clustering analysis showed that the genetic relationship was the closest among the germplasms bearing red fruits, followed by that between the "white" and the gemplasms bearing red fruits. The "green" had far genetic relationship with the "white" and the gemplasms bearing red fruits.
