微生态制剂存放期内菌群活性检测

摘    要:[目的]了解微生态制剂存放期内菌群的变化规律。[方法]采用活菌平板计数法,测定存放0、1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10、20、30、40、50、60 d的自制微生态制剂的菌群活性,对保存6个月的微生态制剂进行活化处理并比较效果。[结果]自制微生态制剂存放10 d内随着天数的增加,菌落总数先增加后减少,可稳定在2.25×1010个/ml水平,存放30 d时菌落总数为1.98×1010个/ml,降低了12%,60 d时为8×108个/ml,但不影响应用效果。5‰的红糖水活化处理后的微生态制剂菌落总量达7.4×107个/ml,比未经活化的提高了23%,提高了利用效果。[结论]保质期内的微生态制剂活菌数量相对稳定,存放期在10 d内的微生态制剂的使用效果最好。

Abstract:[Objective] The purpose was to know about the change law of bacterial colonies in micro-ecological agent during store period.[Method] The plate counting method of live bacteria was used to determine the bacterial colony activities in self-made micro-ecological agents stored for 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,20,30,40,50 and 60 d and the micro-ecological agents stored for 6 months were treated for activation and their activated effects were compared.[Result] In the store period of 10 d,along with the increment of days,the total bacterial colony number increased first and then decreased in self-made micro-ecological agents and could be stable at the level of 2.25×1010/ml.The total bacterial colony number was 1.98×1010/ml,reducing 12% while storing for 30 d and was 8×108/ml while storing for 60 d without influence on the application effect.The total bacterial colony quantity in micro-ecological agents activated with 5‰ brown sugar solution was 7.4×107/ml,increased 23% in comparison with that without activation and the utilization effect was enhanced.[Conclusion] The live bacterial quantities in micro-ecological agents in shelf life were relatively stable and the application effects of micro-ecological agents in the store period of 10 d were best.
