摘    要:为了明确壳聚糖(CTS)对火鹤耐盐性能力的影响,以火鹤幼苗为供试材料,分别用0.42、g/L的CTS喷雾处理火鹤叶片后,再以51、0 mmol/L的NaCl溶液分别进行胁迫处理,系统研究了壳聚糖对盐胁迫下火鹤叶片相对电导率、丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性蛋白、过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)5个生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:喷施CTS后能够提高幼苗叶片可溶性蛋白的含量和过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)的酶活性;有效降低叶片细胞脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量和相对电导率。

Abstract:The changes of physiological and biochemical characteristics of the relative conductivity,soluble protein,malondialdehyde(MDA),Peroxidase(POD)and Polyphenoloxidase(PPO)were tested systematically in Anthurium scherzerianum seedings' leaves under 5 mmol/L and 10 mmol/L salt stress treated with 0.4 g/L and 2 g/L of the chitosan,in order to confirm the effect of chitosan to the salt resistance mechanism of Anthurirm scherzerianum seedings.The results showed that chitosan could significantly increase the soluble...
