| Abstract: | Estimation methods of outer fringe land in medium and small sized cities were discussed combining with the practical situation of Deyang city.Two thoughts were proposed.The first was to analyze the structure of outer land in urban fringe and evaluate each constitution of outer land price.The second was to find a "residual figure",i.e.the price of outer land in fringe according to the hypothetical development method.Comparative analysis on the results of above appraisal methods was pointed out. |
