摘    要:Aa-778单层细胞接种BTV-17后,于第三天出现细胞集聚,进而融合,脱落。细胞病变在第四天达高潮,第六天后,由于抗感染细胞繁殖逐渐覆盖单层空洞而恢复原样。用荧光抗体技术观察到Aa-778病变细胞中BTV-17包涵体和病毒抗原堆积物。TCID_(50)测定,初步表明第一代细胞病毒不仅能在Aa-778细胞中繁殖传代,而且它的毒力类似于在BHK_(21)细胞中的毒力。

Abstract:Three days after inoculation by BTV - 17, cell congregation, fusion and abscission were observed in the Aa-778 cells. On day 4, the highest value of the cytopathologic changes (CPE) was detected and the cell returned to normal after day 6 . The presence of viroplasms and viral antigens in the infected cells was confirmed by the immunofluorescence techniques. Results of the TCID50 meassurements indicated possible reproduction of the first generation of the cytovirus in the Aa-778 cells and similar virulence in the Aa-778 cells to that in the BHK 21 cells.
