| 摘 要： | 本文在总结南阳牛已往保种经验的基础上，因地制宜地划定了南阳牛保种区，确定了核心保种场及其规模。同时，从种牛选择，冻精制作与保存、选配方法、建立冷冻胚胎库等方面提出了具体技术措施。

| Abstract: | On the basis of summarizing Nanyang cattle reservation experiences, the author proposed a possible reservation area for Nanyang cattle and determined the size of elite reservation farm. Meantime, the concrete measures were elicited for bull selection, making and preservation of frozen semen, mating methods and frozen embryo pool establishment etc. |
