| 摘 要： | 针对目前高职环境类专业人才培养模式上存在的问题,通过分析社会对此类人才的需求趋势,提出了高职环境类专业人才培养改革的方向:以就业为导向,校企合作为途径,全面素质教育为基础,专业能力培养为主干,依生产和工作过程组织教学.

| Abstract: | By analyzing the problems in talent training model of higher vocational environment major and the demand trend of environment talents,revolution orientation about talent training model of higher vocational environment major was put forward,namely taking employment as guide,taking cooperation of college and company as channel,taking comprehensive quality education as basis,taking professional ability training as mainstay,organizing teaching with production and work process. |
