摘 要: | 采用超声波提取法提取白根独活多糖,通过单因素试验研究各因素对多糖提取率的影响,通过正交试验对多糖的提取工艺进行优化。结果表明,料液比和提取温度对白根独多糖提取率的影响最大;白根独活多糖的最佳提取工艺为:料液比1∶20,超声波功率80W,提取温度80℃,提取时间60min,此条件下多糖的平均提取率为4.03%。

Abstract: | The polysaccharides from Angelica polymorpha Maxim were extracted by ultrasonic extraction method.The influences of various factors on extraction rate of polysaccharides were researched through single-factor test and the extraction technology of polysaccharides was optimized through orthogonal test.The results indicated that the influences of material-liquid ratio and extraction temperature on extraction rate of polysaccharides from A.polymorpha were the biggest.The optimum extraction technology of polysaccharides from A.polymorpha was as follows:the material-liquid ratio was 1∶20,the ultrasonic power was 80 W,the extraction temperature was 80 ℃ and the extraction time was 60 min.Under this extraction condition,the average extraction rate of polysaccharides was 4.03%. |
