| 摘 要： | 本文对10年来(1981—1990)全校学生6269人中患精神性疾病的调查情况进行了病因病机的探讨,并提出相应的预防措施。笔者认为: 1 十年来大学生中精神性疾病的发生有明显的上升趋势。发病人数后五年为前五年的3.5倍. 2 精神性疾病的病因与患者的性格有直接的关系,其次与学生来源地区的文化水平、经济状况、社会变革、学校家庭的教育有关。另外亦与遗传因子有关。 3 高等学校除了重視政治思想教育和专业学习外,还应注意学生的心理健康教育,极早发现学生中精神性疾病的早期表现,针对性地进行疏导教育,做到“防患于未然”,使这部分学生亦能身心健康地成长。

| Abstract: | Being one of the important universities in China,Shanxi Agricultural University runs agriculture, horticulture,husbandary and other 18 specials, enrolls about 700 new students every year.There are about 2900 students in the university.To pursue the sanitation and healthy protection task of the students, we've investigated the cases of the mental patients among the 6290 students enrolled in this university in the past 10 years (1981～1990).Based on the analysis of the reasons and the principles of the disease, some precautionary measures have been put forward correspondingly. |
