| Abstract: | Process of almond oil and amygdalin develop with the planting size widen of kernel apricot,but exploit of apricot kernel proteins is await to enhance.The paper point out mostly ways of our exploit the proteins on the base of analysis the functions of vegetable plant and nutrition value of kernel proteins so as to promote the development of industrialization of apricot kernel proteins'process. |
