摘    要:对4月龄的五龙鹅快长系饲喂添加不同比例冬牧-70鲜草的日粮,测定血浆中碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、谷丙转氨酶(GPT)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的活性并进行相关性比较.试验结果表明,随着冬牧-70鲜草比例的增加,五龙鹅血浆中的AKP活性显著性降低(P<0.05),AKP活性与粗纤维(CF)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)消化率呈显著负相关(P<0.05),与Ca、蛋氨酸(Met)、胱氨酸(Cys)消化率呈显著正相关(P<0.05);GPT和LDH活性与CF,NDF和ADF消化率呈弱正相关(P>0.05),与Ca,Met,Cys消化率呈弱负相关(P>0.05).

Abstract:The activities and correlation of plasma alkaline phosaphatase(AKP),glutamic pyruvic transaminase(GPT),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) were determined in 4-month-old high growth rate line Wulong goose by means of feeding the distinct proportion green ryegrass.The result indicated: with the proportion of the green ryegrass increased,the activity of AKP presented descended significantly(P<0.05),the activity of AKP in Wulong goose showed significant negative correlation with the weight degradation,the digestion ration of crude fiber(CF),neutral detergent fiber(NDF) and acid detergent fiber(ADF)(P<0.05),and it showed significant positive correlation with the digestive ration of calcium,methione and cystine(P<0.05);the activities of GPT and LDH positive correlation with the weight degradation and the digestive ratio of CF,NDF and ADF,and negative correlation with the digestion ration of calcium,methione and cystine,however,the coefficient of correlation is not significant(P>0.05).
