甘蓝型油菜游离小孢子培养技术研究

摘    要:利用小孢子培养技术对 78个甘蓝型油菜材料进行了离体小孢子培养 ,其中 5个材料获得了再生植株 ;再生植株自然加倍率只有 1 6 .1 %左右 ,而人工加倍率可达 6 0 %以上。获得遗传稳定的纯合材料 47个 ,并对其进行了农艺性状鉴定及杂交转育和组合配制工作

Abstract:Brassica napus L. lines were used for microspore culture and 5 lines induced embryoids.The doubling rate of regenerated plant was up to 67.9% by artificial method,four times more than by natural way(only16.1%).47 homozygous diploid plants were obtained through chromosome doubling their agronomic important traits had been identificated and their crosses had been made.
