新型高速气吸式双条精密排种器设计研究

摘    要:对新研制的单盘双条大豆气吸式高速精密排种器构造、工作原理进行了理论分析,并对双条气吸式排种器性能参数进行了设计。性能试验表明,该排种器与同类形排种器相比结构紧凑,拆装调整方便,参数选择合理,其工作性能稳定且分条显著。该精密排种器已应用在2BJQ-6/7/8/9气吸式精密播种机上。

Abstract:The structure and principle of soybean vacuum seed metering device with single-disc and double row were theoretically analyzed. And the performance parameter of double row vacuum seed metering device was designed. The performance test indicated that the seed meter had compact structure, convenient adjustment and reasonable parameter compared to the similar type seed meters. Its operating performance was stable and remarkable. This precisely seed meter had been attracted to the kind of the BJQ-6/7/8/9 vacuum planters.
