摘    要:选用我国目前生产上推广的7个不同丹参品种,在花期采集花粉粒、叶表皮、茎及收获期采集根,进行显微结构观察.结果表明:丹参花粉粒表面纹沟条数为6或8条,其大小和深浅不同;叶表皮气孔的大小、绒毛有无倒钩以及气孔的数目、集中的位置不同;径的髓射线细胞的层数,髓部细胞的大小、髓腔的有无以及根的初生木质部形状排列、髓腔的有无、原生木质部在次生木质部中的数目和形状具有一定差异,可以根据这些显微结构特征区别和鉴定不同丹参品种.

Abstract:This research investigated seven main varieties of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge which was wide extended in China.Observations on the microstructure of microspore,leaf epidermis and stem were made during blossom while root was observed at harvest.The results showed that:in different varieties there are different number 6 or 8,size and depth of vein on microspare surface;size of leaf epidermis stoma,with or without villus hamulus,number and gathering site of stoma are different: the number of pith ray cell layer,the size of pith cells and presence or non-presence of pith in stem are different;arrangement pattern of primary xylem,with or without pith,the proportion of protoxylemover secondary xylem in root are different.Different varieties of Salvia miltiorhiza Bunge can be identified and distinguished according to these microstructure characteristics.
