Discussion on Library Integrated Management in Collection and Lending

The integration management pattern of collection, borrowing and reading, because of convenient to reader, improving book utilization greatly, reducing the book-refusal ratio, improving the utilization rate of collection document, is applied gradually in colleges and universities library. Since my library put about 2 years into practice, we have received very good ef- fect, accepting reader＇ s agreement. With reader training, education, and librarian standard of service rising, some problems would get solve step by step, that the library integration management pattern of collection, borrowing and reading may bulge the matchless superiority.
