白藓不同提取液对菜缢管蚜的生物活性研究

摘    要:应用均匀设计法研究了白藓全草的不同提取液对菜缢管蚜的触杀和拒食作用。研究结果表明,乙醇浸提液对菜缢管蚜具有较高的触杀作用,水蒸气蒸馏液对菜缢管蚜具有较强的拒食作用;乙醇浸提液对菜缢管蚜48 h的致死中浓度(LC50)为26.8734 mg·mL-1,水蒸气蒸馏液对菜缢管蚜24h、48h的拒食中浓度(AFC50)分别为25.9526 mg·mL-1和27.8945 mg·mL-1,丙酮浸提液对菜缢管蚜的触杀和拒食作用不明显。

Abstract:Contacting death and anti-feeding against Rhopalosiphum pseudobrassicae of with various extraction from the herb of Dictamnus dasycarpus Turcz. was studied through the uniform design. The results showed that the 48 h LC 50 of death was 26.873 4 mg/mL of ethanol extract, the 24 h and 48 h AFC 50 of antifeedant were 25.952 6, 27.894 5 mg/mL of wetdistillation liquid. As a result, ethanol extract had high contacting death activity, wet-distillation liquid had strong antifeedant activity, acetone extracts had indistinctively contacting death and antifeedant.
