摘    要:文章研究了浸种时间、栽培温度、基质、播种密度和采收时间等因素对荞麦和向日葵芽苗菜的生长和产量的影响。荞麦芽苗菜在播种密度为1.3 kg·m^-2,浸种24 h,温度15~20℃的条件下,以细沙为培养基质,培养8 d后即可采收;向日葵芽苗菜在播种密度为1.4 kg·m^-2,浸种24 h,温度25~30℃的条件下,以细沙为培养基质,培养10 d后采收较为理想。

Effects of Treatments on the Growth and Yield of Buckwheat and Sunflower Sprouts

Abstract:Effects of soaking seed time,cultivation temperature,cultivation media, seedling density and harvest time on the growth and yield of buckwheat and sunflower was investigated. The highest economic product and quality obtained when pea seeds were soaked for 24 hours,sowed at density of 1.3kg.m-2 to the small sand,grown at 15~20℃and harvested after growing for 8 days.It works as well when suanflower seeds were soaked for 24 hours,sowed at density of 1.4kg.m-2 to the small sand,cultured at 25~30℃and harvested after growing for 10 days.
