| 摘 要： | 通过对浙江省临安市於潜镇昔口村的实地调查，认真分析当地农村生态环境建设中自然、社会及经济发展现状，总结昔口村建设生态文明村的优势及存在问题，提出创建昔口生态村建设规划思路，力求通过扎实的工作，努力把昔口村建设成为经济社会迅速发展、人与自然和谐相处的新农村，实现昔口村农村经济社会跨越式的发展目标。

| Abstract: | According to the field survey of Xiko village, Yuqian town, the paper analyzed the situation of natural, social and economic development under the construction of ecological environment and summarized the advantage and problem of the country ecological civilization construction and presented the planning scenario of ecological village construction of Xiko village. The new village of economically high development and harmonious relation of man and nature has been constructed by the hard work in order to realize the goal of economic and social development. |
