不同山药品种糖含量的比较分析

采用不同的测定方法,对6个不同山药品种中的还原糖、总糖及粗多糖进行测定。结果表明:不同品种间的糖含量存在一定的差异,其中‘明豆子’中的还原糖、总糖和粗多糖的含量最高,含量分别为0.1485%、0.3812%、0.2246%,其余品种不同的组分含量有所差异,综合分析‘明豆子’的市场开发价值最高。

Analysis on the Sugar Content of Different Yam Varieties

The contents of reducing sugar, total sugar and crude polysaccharide of the six different yam varieties were measured using different methods in this paper. The result showed there were some differences in the sugar content of different varieties. The contents of reducing sugar, total sugar and crude polysaccharide （0.1485%, 0.3812% and 0.2246%） of Mingdouzi were the highest in the six varieties. The contents in rest varieties depend on the variety. Through comprehensive analysis, the Mingdouzi had the highest market development value.
