| 摘 要： | 朝鲜蓟具有保护肝脏、抗氧化、保护心血管等多种生理功效，多酚类物质是其中起作用的活性成分之一。本文综述了朝鲜蓟生理功效及朝鲜蓟多酚类物质多种分析方法的研究进展。
