| 摘 要： | 隐孢子虫是一种能引起人、畜和野生动物共同感染的原虫.由于隐孢子虫卵囊很小,在光镜下观察缺乏明显的特征,检测比较困难,为寻找高效的检测方法,国内外学者在隐孢子虫检测方面进行了大量的研究.文章综述了近年来用于检测隐孢子虫的主要方法,并初步分析了各种方法的 优、缺点.

| Abstract: | Cryptosporidium （Cryptosporidium SPP. ）is a kind of parasite that can cause infection in people ,domestic animals and wildlife. Because the egg capsule is too small to be observed in identification under light microscopy conveniently, a lot of re- searches on the methods of cryptosporidium detection have been taken at home and abroad. In this paper, the main methods for detecting cryptosporidium and their advantages and disadvantages were reviewed. |
