摘    要:文章着重介绍了Rep-PCR技术原理、特点及其在细菌、真菌、环境微生物遗传多样性研究方面的应用.Rep-PCR目前发展迅速并被广泛应用于多种细菌基因分类,此方法操作方便,可以大样本进行,且Rep-PCR分辨效果好,可重复性强.现在Rep-PCR可自动化分型,并可建立各种细菌REP、ERIC-PCR分型标准数据库.但Rep-PCR也存在一定问题,不同来源的或不同批次的引物和酶,对Rep-PCR结果都有一定的影响.

Application Status of Rep-PCR Technology

Abstract:This paper focuses on the principle,characteristics of Rep-PCR and its applications in bacteria,fungi,environmental microbial genetic diversity.Rep-PCR has been developed rapidly and applied widely in gene classification of bacteria,fungi,environmental microbial.The method can analyse large sample with conveniently.Besides,the Rep-PCR has a good resolution and repeatability.Currently,Rep-PCR is available to automatic classification,and establishing classification standard database of REP,ERIC-PCR.But Rep-PCR also has some problems,different sources or different batches of primers and enzymes have a certain influence on the result of Rep-PCR.
