| 摘 要： | 本项研究是根据全国毛白杨科研协作组的统一安排,采用常规的调查方法,对甘肃陇东、陇南地区18个县(市)的毛白杨进行了系统的调查研究,基本摸清了毛白杨的资源、分布、习性及生长规律,并发现了毛白杨新类型—憨白杨,保存收集基因500个品系,建立种源试验基地20公顷,完成了毛白杨种源试验科研第一阶段基因资源的保存和收集任务,为进一步保护利用和积极发展这一乡土树种,从理论上提供了依据,从物质上进行了准备.

A Study on Chinese White Poplar Gene Resource Collecting and Using in Gansu Province |

| Abstract: | According to the united arrangement of scientific research cooperative group of Chinese white puplar of the whole country,adopting conventional mede,we have made a systematic investigating and study on Chinese white puplar in eighteen counties(cities) of southeast of our province.We have mastered basically resource,distribution,habits,types and growing laws of Chinese white puplar,selected fifty-three good trees and ten old trees,built two hundred mu exper- imental base of species origin,preserved and collected five hundred strains.Then we accomplish the test of first phase on Chinese white puplar experiment of species origin, lay a solid foundtion for it. |
