贵州啤酒大麦品种稳产性分析

对贵州省当前利用的啤酒大麦品种进行丰产、稳产、品质分析，明确黔浙一号、黔鲁一号、舟麦一号、80—110丰产、稳产性好，品质较优，78—132丰产性好；稳产性及品质较差；黔浙一号、黔鲁一号适宜黔中（贵阳、安顺）、黔北（遵义），后者还适宜黔西北（水城），舟麦一号适宜黔中（贵阳）、黔北（遵义），80－110适宜黔中（贵阳）、黔西北（水城）利用。

Analysis on High-Tield,Stability and Quality of Beer Barley in Guizhou

Base on the analysis of higb -yield,stable-yield and good quality of beer barley used in thecurrent of Guizhou,it was indicated that Qianzhe 1, Qianlu 1, Zhoumai 1, 80- 110 were high yield,stable -yield and good quality,and 78- 132 was high -yield, stableyield and bad quality.Qianzhe 1 and Qianlu 1 were fit to middle Guizhou (such as Guiyang An - shun), northernGuizhou (such as Zunyi ). Qianlu 1 was also fit to northwest Guizhou (such as Shuicheng ).Zhoumai 1 to middle and northern Guizhou,80- 110 to middle and northwest, 78- 132 to northern and middle Guizhou of better production condition.
