波尔山羊杂交后代肌肉组织学特性研究

利用SPSS软件 ( 1 0 0版 )统计分析了杂交代数、体躯部位两因素对波尔山羊和唐山奶山羊杂交后代肌肉组织学特性的影响 ,同时分析了肌肉组织学特性与其肉用性能的相关关系。结果表明 :杂交代数对肌肉组织学特性有一定影响 ,不同杂交代数在眼肌肌纤维密度方面差异显著 (P <0 0 5 ) ;而体躯部位对肌肉组织学特性影响不显著 (P >0 0 5 )。股二头肌肌纤维面积、肌纤维直径与绝大多数肉用性能均达到了显著水平 (P <0 0 5 ) ,其中与肉骨比、屠宰率和腰腹肌肉重达到了极显著水平 (P <0 0 1 ) ,眼肌肌肉组织学特性只有部分与肉用性能达到了显著水平 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而臂三头肌肌肉组织学特性与各肉用性能指标间的相关性均未达到显著水平 (P >0 0 5 )。

Study on muscle histology characteristics of upgrading offsprings of boer goat

The effect of the different upgrading offspring and the different upgrading offspring and the different regin on muscle histology characteristics was anslysised using the program lf SPSS10.Meanwhile,the relationship between muscle histology characteristic and meat performances was also studied.The result showed that the upgrading offspring had some effect to muscle histology.For example,there was significant effect of the different upgrading offspring on longissimus muscles density(P<0.05),and there was not significant effect of the different region on muscle histology(P<0.05).The correlation coefficient between the muscle fiber area,muscle fiber diameter of femoris biceps and the most of the meat petformances was significant(P<0.05),and very significant(P<0.05)withmeatbone ratio,dressing percentage and muscle weight of waist and abdomen.The correlation coefficient between some lf longissimus muscles and meat performances was significant(P<0.05).It was not significant(P<0.05)between brachii triceps and meat performances.
