| 摘 要： | 对2012—2013年常州市不同水域增殖放流的4658万尾不同规格物种进行了经济、生态、社会效益评估,结果表明:回捕量为19 097.03 t,资源增量为16 557.956 0 t,捕捞输出氮2 269.995 t、磷793.204 t、碳汇2 287.60 t,消耗蓝绿藻210 753.8 t,放流水域捕捞产量增加152 t,综合效益36 967.67万元,其中资源增量效益占79.22%,增殖放流投资回报率205.38倍,并据此提出了以资源增量效益、转化效益和增长效益为增殖放流效果评估定量指标。

| Abstract: | This paper made the economic,ecological and social benefits assessment of releasing 46.58 million tail different specifications species in Changzhou different waters during 2012—2013. The results showed that the recapture amount was 19 097.03 tons,the increment of resources was16 557.956 0 tons,fishing output 2 269.995 tons of nitrogen,793.204 tons of phosphorus,2 287.60 tons of carbon sequestration,consume 210 753.8tons of blue-green algae,and fishing in the waters of yield increase of 152 tons. Comprehensive benefits reached 369.676 7 million Yuan,which accounted for 79.22% of incremental benefit resources.The rate of return on investment was 205.38 times. By research and analysis,this paper put forward resource increases benefits,conversion benefits and growth benefits as quantitative indicators for assessment of enhancement effect. |
