| 摘 要： | 目的]研究酵母多糖对鲤鱼生长和免疫功能的影响。方法]用经超声提取的酵母多糖作为饲料添加剂。试验鲤鱼适应性驯化2周,对照组投喂基础饲料,试验组投喂添加0.1%酵母多糖饲料,每日投饵量均为体重2%,每天在9：00、20：00投喂2次,每次投饵1h后取出残饵。饲喂30d后测定鲤鱼的生长性能、摄食能力,白细胞吞噬功能、脾脏指数、血清溶血素活力、血清杀菌活力等。结果]基础饲料中添加酵母多糖后,鲤鱼的生长性能和免疫功能相关指标都较对照组显著提高。结论]为酵母多糖相关产品的开发应用提供试验依据。
