摘 要: | 建立在分子生物学技术基础上的植物基因工程操作,为抗病虫害作物品种的培育提供了一条崭新而有效的途径。它主要通过将外源抗性相关基因导入受体植物以提高植物的抗性。目前,在抗病虫害基因的分离、转化等方面均取得了令人瞩目的进展。本文将就抗病及抗虫基因工程两方面对目前的研究现状作一综述。

Abstract: | Based on molecular biological techniques , plant genetic engineering and manipulation lead to a new and effective way for producing varieties resistant to diseases and insects.Resistance can be enhanced by transforming resistant genes into plants . Recently much progress has been made for iso- lation and transformation of disease and insect resistance genes . This article will review the progress of transgenic plants both in disease and in insect resistance. |
