基于意愿调查的农业水价承载力研

提出采用意愿调查的方法研究农业水价承载力，并以五岸灌区为实证研究对象，调查了灌区农户水价支付意愿，分析了农户的农业水价承载力，并提出了工程改造后试运行阶段的水价标准合理范围的建议。研究表明，采用意愿调查的方法分析农业水价承载力具有一定的可行性，对农业水价改革具有一定的参考价值。

Study on Agricultural Water Pricing Bearing Capacity Based on Willingness Investigation

The current standard of agricultural water pricing in China is somewhat low,so the reform on agricultural water pricing is imperative.Farmer's bearing capacity is the foundation of the reform.The contingent valuation method is introduced into the research on farmer's bearing capacity. Taking the Wuan Irrigation District as a case study,the farmers' willingness to pay for agricultural water fee is investigated,the farmers' bearing capacity is analyzed,and the reasonable water pricing scope is elicited.It is concluded that using the method in the research of farmer's bearing capacity is feasible and the study has reference effect for the reform of agricultural water pricing.
