| 摘 要： | 应用逆转录多聚酶链反应技术，参照Boursnell等发表的鸡传染性支气管炎病毒核蛋白基因序列，自行设计并合成1对引物，应用该引物，从感染IBV金坛株的第五代SPF鸡胚尿囊液中扩增出片段大小为828bp的JT N基因，与设计相符，表明扩增片段为IBVJT株N基因。将扩增片段与pGEM-T Easy载体连接，经核酸序列测定，与Genebank中报道的IBV其它株N基因同源性较高。

| Abstract: | One pair of primers for amplifying the nucleocapsid gene of avian infectious bronchitis virus(IBV) had been designed. The amplified fragment was 828 hp from JT strain by RT - PCR. The N gene of JT strain was inserted into pGEM - T Easy vector and identified by sequencing. The homologies of nucleie acids between, JT strain and other strains is very high. |
