摘    要:利用高效液相色谱(HPLC)分离纯化家蚕蛹虫草菌丝体多糖获得单一组分CC1-1,通过离子色谱分析(IC)及红外光谱(IR)、核磁共振(NMR)鉴定,确定该多糖是由D-吡喃-半乳糖、D-吡喃-葡萄糖、D-吡喃-甘露糖按1∶2.81∶1.28的摩尔比经β-糖苷键连接的一种酸性多糖,内含硫酸酯基、乙酰氨基结构,其—OH形成分子内氢键。研究结果有助于进一步探讨家蚕蛹虫草多糖的药理学活性。

Abstract:The water-soluble polysaccharide CC1-1 was separated and purified from the polysaccharides of Cordyceps militaris by the method of HPLC.The molecular structure of the CC1-1 was determined through methods of ion chromatography(IC),infrared spectrometer(IR) and nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometry(NRM).The experimental results showed that the CC1-1 was an acidic polysaccharide,and consisted of D-galactopyranose,D-glucopyranose and D-mannopyranose,which were linked by β-bond at mole ratio of 1∶2.81∶1.28,respectively.There also existed the radicals of —OSO3 and C—N whose —OH formed the inner hydrogen bond in the molecule.The above results will be helpful for further investigating the pharmacological action of polysaccharide of Cordyceps militaris.
