摘    要:在实验室条件下通过添加尿素(U)、尿素+葡萄糖(U+G)、尿素+秸秆(U+S)的培养试验,结合常规的分析手段和磷脂脂肪酸(PLFA)技术,初步研究了不同处理条件下东北黑土物理化学特性及生物学特性的变化。结果表明,添加U或U+G的处理,微生物量提高很快(5~15d时),但下降也很快。添加U+S处理,微生物群落变化很快,特别是革兰氏阴性菌迅速升高(5~10d时),而且微生物量可以保持两个月之久。以上结果说明化肥配施秸秆具有良好的土壤综合效应。

Abstract:Changes of physical,chemical and biological characteristics of black soils added with urea(U),urea glucose(G),urea straws(S) were analyzed by routine approaches and phospholipid fatty acid(PLFA) under laboratory conditions.The results showed that the biomass rose fastly during the 5~15th day after treatment,but then fell sharply under U or U G treatment.For the treatment of U S,the community of microbial changed quickly,especially Gram-negative bacteria,and the biomass could hold 2 months.In conclusion,black soils added with urea and straws had beneficial ecological effects.
