摘    要:高校图书馆是高校的文献和信息中心,担负着为全校的师生提供信息服务的重任。做好图书馆服务工作应该以读者为本,也就是说要以读者为中心,研究读者,了解读者,满足读者多层次的需要,为读者提供多元化、多层次、全方位的服务。

Abstract:A college library is the centre of its document and information resources, and its main task is to supply information to the teachers and students. So the servicemen of the college library need to take the readers as the dominant factor. Thus, we must study the readers and learn the readers in order to meet the readers' all kinds of reading requirements.
