早熟·晚熟猫尾草过氧化物酶同工酶及抗寒性分析

摘    要:目的]猫尾草早熟、晚熟类型在成熟期上存在明显的差异,该研究可为猫尾草种质资源在高寒牧区的利用提供依据。方法]过氧化物酶同工酶和电导率法配合Logistic方程确定早熟、晚熟猫尾草冰冻半致死温度。结果]4份材料的过氧化物酶同工酶谱带数为3~11条,相对迁移率分布在0.169 0~0.704 2,早熟、晚熟类猫尾草之间的酶谱相似系数较小。早熟类2份材料的酶带有差异,酶谱相似系数为0.750,晚熟类2份材料的酶带也有差异,酶谱相似系数为0.706。早熟、晚熟猫尾草LT50分别为-34.29、-33.97℃,绝对数值仅相差0.32℃。结论]早熟类与晚熟类猫尾草的遗传相似性较小,确证了早熟、晚熟类的差异性大,早熟、晚熟猫尾草的抗寒性没有显著差异,它们都能在引种地安全越冬。
