叶片活性铁与杨树黄叶病的关系研究

目的]分析杨树叶片铁营养与杨树黄叶病的关系。方法]用原子吸收光谱法测定叶片全铁和活性铁含量．进而比较不同地方杨树的健康叶片与病叶的全铁和活性铁含量差异。结果]4个采样点杨树的健康叶片与病叶的全铁含量差异不显著。辉县、长葛、新郑郭店杨树病叶的活性铁含量显著低于健康叶，新郑机场、济源南夫杨树病叶与健康叶的活性铁含量差异极显著。在叶面喷施营养元素的试验中，6d后喷施FeSO4的杨树病叶上出现明显的绿斑，继续喷施时杨树病叶完全返绿，而喷施MnSO4和ZnSO4的杨病痛叶没有明显变化。结论]杨树黄叶病与树体营养元素和土壤关系密切。缺铁导致生理失调，进而造成了杨树黄叶病，可以通过喷施铁肥使黄叶变转为绿叶。

Research on the Relation between Active Iron in Leaves and Yellow-leaf Disease in Poplar Tree
