新疆某竖井排灌工程经济效益分析

摘    要:竖井排灌具有降低地下水位减少蒸发量、土壤脱盐、淡化地下水及地下水灌溉等重要作用,在我国北方干旱地区应用十分广泛。新疆某拟建竖井排灌工程区地下水埋藏浅而蒸发旺盛,土壤有一定盐渍化,且季节性降水和农牧业发展的供需极不平衡。为有效地开发利用地下水,对工程的经济效益作合理的分析是十分必要的。根据实际资料分别分析并计算出竖井排灌工程的总投资、年费用及农业灌溉效益,并采用静态法计算出竖井排灌工程的经济效益,说明在该地区竖井排灌工程的经济效益显著,在经济上合理可行。

Abstract:Shaft irrigation and drainage has the important functions of reducing the groundwater table,cutting down the evaporation,soil desalting,groundwater desalting and irrigating,etc.It is widely used in drought area in northern of our country.A certain shaft irrigation and drainage project in Xinjiang has such characteristics:groundwater embedding shallow,strongly evaporating,soil salinization,and the exceeding imbalance between the seasonal rain and the demand of development of agriculture and stock raising.In order to exploit and use the groundwater efficiently,it is necessary to reasonably analyze the economic effects of the project.The whole investment of the project,annual fee and economic effects of agriculture irrigation were figured out,and the project economic effects were worked out by using the static state method according to reality data.And the results proved that the economic effects of shaft irrigation and drainage project is prominent,it is reasonable and feasible economically.
