茶籽子叶细胞中脂体、淀粉粒和蛋白体的形态结构电镜观察

摘    要:成熟的茶籽子叶含有丰富的脂肪、淀粉、蛋白质。电镜观察表明:这三大贮藏物质形态各异、大小不一。脂体直径约为0.41μm─0.56μm;淀粉粒为2.56μm─3.44μm;蛋白体为2.77μm─4.44μm。同时还观察到液泡、胞间隙、胞间层、胞间连丝及ATP酶活性反应产物,其特征明显,较易识别。

Abstract:The cotyledon of tea ripe seed was rich in lipid,starch and protein.These three storage substances variedin morphology and size under the electronic microscope.The diameter of the lipid body ranged 0.41-0.56μm,that of the starch grain ranged 2.56-3.44μm and that of the protein body ranged 2.77-4.44μm.Vacuoles,intercelluar spaces,intercellular layers,plasmodesma and substances produced by the ATP reactionwere also found and easy to identify under the electronic microscope.
